Pete and Karen Dooks are absolutely incredible. From the very first conversation they were so kind, open, honest and easy to talk to. Before even having a confirmed moving date they were more than happy to talk to us about the area, types of homes we could buy, the market and how it was developing. They helped our family remotely before moving, in person after moving and remotely again when we weren’t able to make it to showings. They went above and beyond what I could have ever anticipated from a real estate agent, they even took video tours of homes and pointed out important details that might not have been seen in a photo. I know this is only a 5 star rating but 10 out of 10 I would absolutely recommend them to others, in fact I have! If it wasn’t for them this process would have been so much more stressful and possibly even been unsuccessful.
